Halloween
Tot Time: Halloween Party will be on October 30th and have your children come to school in their customers.
Early Learners & Pre-K: The Halloween Parade and Halloween Party will be on October 31st. Students should come to school dressed in their costumes over their clothes.

Food For Others - Canned Food Drive
On Friday, November 14th students bring one or two canned food items to share with needy families in our community. All classes will meet in the Sanctuary to talk about the collection oof canned food items and how thankful we are to be able to people the people within our community.

PJ Day
On December 5th students will be wearing pajamas to school. If you would like a make donation to CHOP, you can place it in the Day School mailbox. Make checks payable to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation and put Bensalem Christian Day School-Pajama Day on the memo line. We will also be accepting donations on our school’s online fundraising page at

Angel Tree Project
The Salvation Army in Levittown, the Angel Tree Project enables parents of low-oncome families to use vouchers (not money) to "shop" for Christmas presents for their children at the Angel Tree Store. We are asking out Day School families to purchase inexpensive toys or clothing (approximately $10-$15 value for any age) to help stock the Angel Tree Store. Please return the tag with your gift. Please deliver the item you purchased to the Day School Office by December 5th. The Salvation Army has requested the gifts to be unwrapped so the parents will be given the pleasure of wrapping the gifts themselves.

Building A Better Bensalem Together (B3T) has invited the Bensalem United Methodist Church (BUMC) community to participate in their annual Unity Week, running from Monday January 19th to Wednesday January 21st. This week is a beautiful and important opportunity to learn more about our neighbors and reinforce the strength of diversity and unity within our Bensalem community. The schedule of the week is as follows:
Monday 1/19:
MLK Day Breakfast at PARX, 8:00am - registration required
Linconia Tabernacle (2450 Paris Avenue, Trevose), 7:00pm
Tuesday 1/20:
Bensalem UMC, 9:00am in the Main Sanctuary (Pre-K is singing)
St. Gregorios Malankara Orthodox Church (4136 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem) 7:00pm
Wednesday 1/21:
Love Fellowship Tabernacle (5918 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem), 7:00pm
